求助! 急问转H1与延期能同时进行吗？

我的H1十月底到期。 雇主目前正在帮我延期。我现在有一份州政府的offer，但是需要转H1。请问转H1与延期能同时进行吗？转后H1仍旧是今年十月底到期吗？谢谢!
