Just go ahead and apply for EAD ASAP. As far as I know, you can't get it fasterr with offer letter. You might be able to get interim EAD when your I-765 application has been pending for longer than 3 months.
If you apply now, there is chance that you get your EAD within 1 month.. My hu*****and's EAD took 5 days and mine took 4 days to get approved in TSC. So just send out application ASAP and wait there. There is really nothing else you could do.
