有没有Philly BEC regular LC批准的案例？

请问最近有没有Philly BEC regular LC批准的案例？

我的情况是：
PD：08/2002， EB2，NEW JERSEY，半年前收到45天信。以后就再无消息。

我现在想把它转成Perm，但不知可不可行。

请问有没有人把regular LC转成Perm同时保留最初的Priority Date？
