Help: xiaobaitu, radiology and other experts: RFE: medicial exam

1. In the RFE notice from USCIS, it says" Place this letter on top of your response. Submission of evidence without this letter will delay processing of you case and may result a denial."

My question: 我的律师有RFE的原件，我只有复印件，我的律师和我不在一个城市，请问我可以把RFE的复印件(不用原件)和我的MEDICAL EXAM REPORT 一起寄吗？

2. 我可以把我和我spouse的医检报告(in seperate, sealed envelope, each other beared with Doctor's signature)放在同一个EXPRESS MAIL 的大信封里一块儿寄吗？ 还是需要分开寄？

3. 在我的RFE上，只有一个地址：USCIS PO BOX 82521，我是应该把我的医检报告寄到这个地址吗？
