没搞清楚Federal income tax return

填864时需要这些，不知道是啥东西，翻遍箱子只找到2001， 2002 W-2 和2001 和2002 的internal revenue service， 而且2001的不全。因我2001从加州到阿拉巴马，可能2000和2001再加州的弄丢了。

Federal income tax return，as filed with the internal revenue service到底是啥？如果丢了，从哪可以得到复印件？
真头疼。
