Two years ago i went to CJ. Victor did all the things for me. I think you need to find out which bank you will go first. If not far, you can pay for the application fee before you go to the consulate. I think the taxi driver can bring you there. About the permit, you can call mixican consulate in US to get some information. By the way, what kind of visa and when will you apply for?
