在请问--我见 about I-89 (filed at

I filed I-485 with my hu*****and's I-130 at the local office . Before I took a picture for my EAD, the officer asked me to sign a small card and put a fingerprint on the card. Is this card I-89?

WE got the receipts after half an hour. On the receipt, it says that we should go to the office again in 14 days to process the I-89 and it will take 240 to 270 days to process our appilcation. However, thoses information was crossed by the officer. Does it mean that these information are invalid?
