Help Wanted: GC application for CPAs!!!

Can any green card holder with CPA firms tell me how to satisfy INS that you are the only one suitable for the job/position? As we all know, accounting is so hot today. Every time employer posts a job opening ad on a newspaper or a website, hundreds of resumes coming in. Is it so very hard for alien CPAs to apply for green card? I know it is a tough task for CPAs compared with IT people. But does the recent accounting fever make it almost impossible for GC application? I know there are many Chinese or alien green hard holders working for the big 4. How did they overcome that obvious obstacle? Thanks very much for sharing!
