一个复杂的case,请xiaobaitu和其他高人指点. 感激不尽

我现在在单位B工作,单位A愿意帮我申请GC(EB2-PERM).这应该是叫潜在雇主和潜在的雇佣机会吧. 新工作和我现在的工作很类似. 我的问题是:

1. 我是否在485递交180天后必须去B单位吗?还是可以等到485 approval?
2. 在申请过程中,我能够换单位吗?我的意思是正常的转换H1B.比如我在等待I-140其间, 单位C愿意帮我转H1B,但是我还是会在拿到GC后去单位B,我可以去C吗?对我申请GC有影响吗?
3. 如果问题的答案是可以.那对单位C雇我的薪水有什么要求.我现在雇主B给的是我将来雇主A给的1/2. 那单位C的薪水必须要和A的钱相同吗?确还是无所谓.
