公司倒闭怎么办？

最近公司有一个FREE LABOR CERTIFICATE，可以同时FILE 140 和485。但是，公司由于被劳动部起诉，有可能关闭。我的问题是如果在公司关闭时，140 批了，485 少于6个月，我可以换公司而485不失效吗？

由于被劳动部起诉，公司已不能申请新的H1B。请问这影不影响H1B RENEW？因为我的H1B还有7个月就要RENEW。
