Here are some answers I figured out by myself, by applying for a Canadian Green Card, at least I can obtain a 10 year multi-entry visa to US.

But don't know about the US policy toward temporary residents on this. Cannot figure this out from the US DOS, Consulate General websites. Anybody who has such experiences might be able to answer.
