I converted my status from H4 to F1 in 2002. I graduated this May, I did not apply for OPT (I thought since I have 485 pending EAD, I don't need OPT). So my status is not F1 any more, also I don't have a job to obtain H1b yet.

- Am I illegal staying in US now?
- I want to go back to University this Fall, should I reapply for F1?
