还能继续原来的绿卡申请吗? 详细情况如下:

eb2 in bec pd mar 2005
during the one year overseas, h1b will still report to the same manager,keep payroll in the u.s. and company will treat it as a business trip.

my question is: if the lc is approved during h1b's one year overseas, can he come back and i-140 based on the original labor?
