请问xiaobaitu或者其他专家

File PERM 以后, 雇主会收到一个sponsorship survey email,是吗? 是不是只有雇主answered back 这个email后,case 才会变成"in process". 我的case是"in process", 但是我不sure我的雇主是否回了那个email.

请知道的人帮忙解答一下吧,谢谢!
