where should I file I-131 (advance parole?)-help please

Thanks in advance for help.

I filed my 485 o california center in aug 2005. It's still pending.

Now all 485 cases go to Nebraska center. Where should I file my I-131 form? California center ot Nebraska center?

from the following link, there is no P.O. box for I-131 form at california center. Any one knows the correct address?
