Go Halifax to stampe my H1

Can any landed immigrant of CANDA share expereince of applying first time H1 at Halifax? I am still holding valid Nova Scotia drivers'license and had been there for some time. I think I should be eligble per their instructions online but still want to confirm with any friends from Canada. Many Thanks.
