GC holder 如何帮弟弟移民美国？

我是绿卡持有者，想帮弟弟来美国。
这样做是否可行？
先帮父母办绿卡，等父母绿卡下来后，再让他们帮我弟弟办绿卡，这样就不用等那么多年了。
请高手指点。
