XIaobaitu, question on Finger print Code

Xiaobai Tu, I read ur post before, which indicated that a CODE 2 Fingerprint notice normally means the name check is cleared. Also, Code 3 fingerprint means Code 1 +2. Does it means that if i received FP code 3, it also normally means the clearance of name check?
