I think it is something wrong - which category did your friend apply for? when was 140 was approved? which center? Can you provide some details? Otherwise I would treat your message as joking! If that is the case please stop doing this.

In addition, why the lawyer received the notice instead of your friend? were you there when your friend called the lawyer?
