XiaoBaiTu, question about I-485, About Arrest Hisotry

I had been arrested since locking my dog in the car, in I-485, I put yes for arrest history, does this mean my I-485 case will definitely transferred to local office for interview. I heard anyboby have arrest history will get transferred to local office.

If so, is that local office always slow?
