Sent out 7/1/2005,got a case number 7/14/2005,7/21/05 got a letter asks me to take an English exam in 4 months.11/10/05 sent them a letter indicate I don't take that exam and ask for English exam waiver. 7/1/2005 got letter from Buffalo said my case has been moved to Seattle,WA. 7/15 got the second letter with English exam and interview waiver.

Just be patient and you will get yours soon.
