Look for experts in your area, and email them for help. You must state clearly that you can draft the letter, and then let him (her) to correct it, so it sounds that it will not take him (her) much time. It is also important to stress that this kind of letter is for immigration purpose (read by layman, not by experts).

Most famous experts are busy, and they are not familar to reference letter for immigration purpose. So it is really hard to get help from somebody who you don't know. But you have no choice only try. Luckly you can meet some nice guys.

I found some experts to write letters for me, but there are almost no change in letter as compared to my draft.
