这种情况算不算 out of status

我在2003年（不是2006）7月29号开始工作（F1），根据移民局的收据，H1是8月14号开始有效，所以中间有两周的时间问题。当时公司急着让我工作，说H1他们会搞好。现在出了问题，不知如何。请问那位大侠有过类似的经历。万分感激。。
