请教，I140 批准后换工作？

PERM was approved this March and I140 was approve this April. 眼见排挡遥遥无期，心生异念。。。。
有一种说法是I140批准后6个月换工作，可以keep原来的PD？ 请各位大虾赐教！ 在此先行谢过！
