Because during that year, I am studying in VA but I go home every week. I still have the same ID address and Insurance and all other document with my wife.

So do you think my explaination below is convincing?
"Dear officer, we do live together but I have a programe in VA to studay that year till now. (I just got the deploma from VA last month to prove my program there),while I was applying EAD, I just want to address in VA and try to get it as soon as possible."
