Xiao Bai Tu, Please help!!!

My wife works with EAD card from J-2 visa although we submitted NIW application 2 year ago and got approval last August. After I got J-1 waiver we submitted I-485 including my wife last September. My wife started to apply for H-1B this May. But the problem is I got green card this June and my wife is still pending (name check). Question 1: Do you think her EAD card from J-2 visa(should be valid till December 2006) is still valid after I change to green card from J-1? Question 2: Do you think it is necessary for her to continue to wait the H-1B process? Thank you so much.
