我的H1，DIY,供你参考，6/6发出，23天没回应，6/29再发，7/1 got the receipt number. 7/12 approved. 其间，7/10 受到第一个package return. They did not open the package and gave me a letter said you were too late the cap was reached. 第一个信封上没写u.s advaced degree. 第二个写了。
