What does this message mean?

Xiaobaitu and other gurus,

Yesterday I called CIS a couple of times for my Name Check issue, the first one said it is cleared, but the second one said it is still pending. What can I do?
Today I got a LUD on my 485 with the message change, see below.

On July 17, 2006, we responded to your request for more information concerning your case. If you have not received our response within 30 days from this date, please call customer service at 1-800-375-5283.

Will I receive a written response from CIS via the snail mail within 30 days? Any suggestions?
