到加拿大，485 pending

请问各位朋友：

我是6月30号递交485的，现在是等待485批复（pending〕。我现在的身份是H－1。 我要到加拿大的多伦多开会。我的问题是， 我是否可以不需要在加拿大申请回美签证而回到美国？Pending 485是否在回美时有影响？
