It is wrong. I know one guy in person, his name has been checked for more than 5 years. He has not receive anything yet. He filed 485 before 9/11. He has talked to many senitors. No use.

He told me that you can sue FBI for the delay, and it will make it faster, but you will spend many thousands to do it.
