Please help

My NIW approved last year and I-485 is pending, I want to file EB1 now. I have several questions.
1) Will it hurt my previous NIW case if the EB1 is declined?
2) Do I need to file another I-485 for the EB1 or just keep the old I-485 for the EB1 if the EB1 is approved. If no need to file a new 485, how can I transfer the old 485 to the Eb1?
