我个人觉得,BEC的案子其实已经没什么可以考虑的人

很多人早就在PERM出来后,有CONVERT或干脆重新FILE一个PERM 的LABOR,没人会傻等着眼看PERM这么快,不去FILE的.

我周围的朋友全是这样的.
