请问xiaobaitu:如何查询name check 进程

My case: EB1, 09/2005 file 140 and 485 together, VSC; 10/2005, 140 approved. But 485 did not have any LUD. It seems now the EB1 should be current. I want to know whether i was stuck in the name check step. Could you give me any suggestions of how to call the UCIS or write the letter to inquire the state? or any other good suggestions? Thanks.
