Name check or just excuse? 郁闷，收到CIS关于I485查询后回复信

I called USCIS for my pending I485 case (5/2005 EB1b-OR VSC) two weeks ago and today received one letter stating the exactly same words as yours.

I am afraid that this is NOT name check. Just becuase the guys in CIS are lazy or forget about the cases.
