donot be frustrated. it is not necessarily a bad news. at least your case was activated.
if your PD is current, you might receive an approval notice soon!

i was told my cased was pended by the name check, but received an approval notice the second day. a friend of mine had the same situation, but received the real GC 2 weeks late!
