Xiaobaitu and others, please hlep with PERM job ad

I'm about to file PERM under EB2 category. The job ad reads:
"Requires BS or equivalent in Business Admin., Engineering or a closely related field plus 5 yrs of related professional exp."
However, I only have a BA plus 5 years, but I do have an MBA. Do I meet the requirements for the job d*e*s*c*r*i*p*t*i*o*n, or do I have to redo the job ad all over again? My lawyers also says if I decide to redo job ad, I have to wait at least 6 months. Is it true?
