Xiaobaitu and other: H1B transfer receipt help

Hi everbody,

I am doing the transfer of H1B and already got the Fedex delivery receipt. Can I start my work with my new employer with this Fedex receipt? Or I have to wait for the USCIS H1B tranfer receipt? Anybody had the experience in working for new employer with Fedex receipt? Is there any trouble or risk, especially for the GC card application? Your suggestions and experience are highly appreciated!!!
