need help on I-485 form application type, waiting online

I am BE2 based on LC. What type of application should I choose for part 2 on I-485 form? Is it the type A: an immigrant petition giving me an immediately availabel immigrant visa number has been approved, right? Thank you very much in advance. I am waiting online.
