Ask you mom if she filled out a form at the airport and if she handed her passport to the custom officer. most possibly she did, then you need to call USCIS (or the US custom, iam not sure) to let them know that your mother lost her I-94. if she didn't fill out the form and some how got into US. she is here illegally.
