Yesterday I went to a famous fortune-teller (FT)

Me: Master, are you licensed to work in US ?

FT : Yes. I fortunately got EAD before retro

Me: Retro, it's what I'm asking you. Master, what is the prediction in August Bulletin ?

FT: I know what you concern, son. You want to know the current dates ?

Me: Yes Master. What will the current dates of EB3 India, China and World be ?

FT: Prediction on visa bulletin is very very easy to me, son. I don't want to use my mental energy to give the answer. It's not worth. I do not know why the guys so anxious . In fact, I let my student practice the prediction. He's coming from India.

Me: When does he come, Master ?

FT: Very soon, son. He is Eb3 India.
