reasons why not so many Chinese cases

During the year 2001 to 2004, Job market was horrible, It was very hard to apply LC even if you find a job. Either company did not like to sponsor LC or LC processing was very slow.

When comes to 2004 and 2005, job market is just warmed-up. Relatively easy to find a job, but not stablized yet.

In a summary, relatively fewer cases were submitted as EB2 and Eb3.

But I expect to see a lot of perm cases were submitted after 2006/03. Job market is good now; PERM system is working now; and compaies begin to process PERM now...
