老公在学生F1期间曾经out of status ,

后来reinstatment成功，目前我是 H4， 想回国一趟，咨询律师， 律师讲既然reinstatment成功，说明以前的out of status problem 已经fixed，

所以在返签DS-156 表格中，question:

Have you ever violated the terms of a U.S. visa, or been unlawfully present in, or deported from, the United States

应该选择NO,

所以对H4返签没有影响，请教各位大侠，是这样吗？
