Your applying or not applying Canadian immigration has no effect on your US status. Your focus now is to get H1 approval fast, premium takes two weeks only.
Pending Canadian GC decision does not give you right to stay in USA. If you lose F1 and not get H1, you might need to go back to China to wait for Canada GC.
