Help needed about F2 reentry

Help please,

Is there any problem that my hu*****and use F2 visa re-entry us after I file my H1-b apploication?

My hu*****and and my children already got the F2 visa and he is in US with me right now. He plan to go back to China then bring our children to US (my hu*****and will use the second entry of F2 visa). But I have to send my H1-b application before they come back. I am not sure if they will have some trouble with the US custome when they come back.
