I hope so. Name check is a good way to limit immigration

because no any time limit for name check. when I ask the officer may I wait 10 years for clear the name check? Could be is their answer.
Also USCIS 把大家对移民局的抱怨推给FBI.
说到底,我认为name check是控制移民人数的绝招.
