Xiao Bai Tu,

If my EB2 I485 was just approved and therefor have become a lawful PR, can I still submit a I-485 application for my kid who is under 21 years old and unmarired by "following to join" (using my approved EB2 I-140 and preoity data)? Or have to go with family-based immgration by I-130?
