FACULTY OFFER. New evidence! Out of the searchable candidate. They cannot find a suitable person for this position except you!
系里的CHAIR's letter is very immportant.
You can fire your lawyer if he dosen't give out a good advise!

1.律师认为我拿RFE是因为没有来自ORGANIZATION的信.2个月过去了,我也没找到这样的信,所以现在律师让我找那个国家实验室的人把信稍微改一下,强调了一下NIW的第三点.
问题是IMMIGRATION OFFICER会不会很奇怪让原来写过信的人再写一封信?
2.我今年2月份那到一个FACULTY OFFER.系里的CHAIR愿意为我的绿卡申请写一封信,我也觉得是个很好的推荐信说明我能benefit the national interest to a 'substantial'degree than would an available US worker with the same minimum qualification(这是我的RFE里明确要再证明的) 但我的律师说,这样的信It may raise questions about if I am critical and irreplaceable in my current projects.我现在的老板信里说我在PROJECT里很重要,不可替代.这样可能会有矛盾.
我该不该用这封信呢?非常谢谢各位有经验人士建议.
