About I 485

Hi,
I want file in BOTH programs (OR and NIW) at the same time to increase the opportunity to obtain the one needed approval. My question is that if I want to file “Adjustment of Status” (Form I-485) at the SAME TIME in order to obtain temporary work cards, should I file form I-485 for both programs or only one?
