It happens to all of my application, including I-140, I-485, RFE, EAD/AP. Usually about 2-3 days delay.

有什么办法让移民局更改收件
日期？因为如果下个月的排期介于这两个日期之间的话，对我们的案子是有影响的。
I am sorry but I don't think that you can change that. The delivery date is NOT the date that INS put your file into their system. It is reasonable that it takes them several days to organize that and send you a receipt. Last Sept., a lot of people got PD much later than the date it was received.
I understand your feeling but there is probably nothing you can do about that.
