BCIS on your own. The 1-800 number for customer service is useless. In most cases,the information you get from the BCIS representative by dialing that 1-800 is useless and/or misleading. It will be a pure waste of time trying to explain anything to them because they don't understand anything about immigration laws. They are barely trained on the basic issues, let alone your specific case. Contact a lawyer RIGHT AWAY. There is only a 30 day window to appeal the case. Ignore the word of "no appealing" in the letter.
